The Great Saunders Health Quest - Day 0

I know, I only started after lunch, but still!  We had a good "last meal" at my favorite, Colorado Grill, drank my last Dr. Pepper, and enjoyed every second of it.

Less than 3 hours in, the compulsion to snack started kicking in.  I refrained, despite the 1 year old doing a fantastic job making sure that temptation stayed in view all afternoon:

No, not the pacifier.

It's amazing how delicious three Goldfish can look.  As far as exercise went, I got mine.  We went to the other house for a couple hours of cleaning in the morning, and Bill and I went for a walk in the woods this afternoon.  Once in the woods, he needed a ride, and carrying him on my shoulders while ducking under, around, and through branches and briars definitely gave me a workout.  After that, I spent a while playing with the boys, Bill standing on my back and using me as a springboard to get to his bed, while Nate sat in front of me, hitting me in the face with large action figures.

All in all, it was an awesome day.
